Jared Wood

Jared Wood is a Registered Massage Therapist and 2025 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. With a passion for helping others and an enthusiasm for health and wellness, massage therapy has been a natural next step in Jared’s life and career.

Jared enjoys helping clients to overcome pain and dysfunction so they can lead active and healthy lifestyles. He operates from a framework of patient-centred care, in which each appointment is tailored to fit the client’s unique needs.

While comfortable treating a range of different conditions, Jared has a keen interest and experience in stress-related symptoms, injury rehabilitation, chronic headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia and other chronic pain, scar massage, and post-surgical massage

Outside of practicing massage, Jared can often be found hiking, biking, lifting weights, trying out new sports, going for walks, and spending time at home with his wife and two cats. He is a proud resident of the Saanich peninsula, and is thrilled to be practicing here.
